The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) announced it has filed a federal lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the federal health care law. The ACLJ is representing five taxpayers claiming the mandate forcing Americans to purchase health insurance violates the U.S. Constitution along with the religious rights of several of the plaintiffs.
