The Convention and Career Conference has long brought together NAIFA members from around the nation to conduct the business of the association and to enjoy educational workshops and networking opportunities. But many members found it hard to commit the time and expense to attend the full conference if they were not a National Council delegate. Things have changed in 2009. Every NAIFA member can take advantage of more educational workshops and networking opportunities for less time and less money. The 2009 NAIFA Convention and Career Conference will take place September 12-16 at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort and Convention Center. The conference will still address the important business of your association, but the 2009 program features 45 separate educational workshops spread out over three days of the conference.
Register for the full conference, or take your choice from Sunday, Monday or Tuesday of the conference. Attend the great general session that day and select from an array of educational workshops and other events to create the perfect professional development day for you.
One of these sample days may be the perfect professional development opportunity for you:
